1. Trading Name & Business Identity

Sapphire Fox is a trading name of Helen Gamesby Iyayi, an Independent Travel Advisor operating through InteleTravel UK. All bookings are made via InteleTravel UK, a member of ABTA (PWT2122) and protected by ATOL (11411), where applicable.

 

2. Role of Sapphire Fox

Sapphire Fox acts solely as an agent on behalf of travel suppliers. When you make a booking, you enter into a contract directly with the travel provider named on your confirmation. Sapphire Fox does not operate or control the travel services provided and accepts no liability for the acts or omissions of the supplier.

 

3. Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the supplier. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a receipt and itinerary. It is your responsibility to check all details, including names, dates, and travel arrangements. Any changes may incur additional charges.

 

4. Payments & Cancellations

Payment terms vary depending on the supplier. You will be advised of deposit and balance deadlines at the time of booking. Cancellation policies are set by the supplier and will be provided in your booking documentation. Sapphire Fox will assist with cancellations or amendments, but fees may apply.

 

5. Financial Protection

All package holidays booked through Sapphire Fox via InteleTravel UK are protected under the ATOL scheme (ATOL 11411), where applicable. InteleTravel UK is also a member of ABTA (PWT2122), offering additional consumer protection.

 

6. Travel Documentation & Insurance

You are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents (passports, visas, health certificates) are valid and up to date. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, cancellations, and medical emergencies.

 

7. Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Information is shared only with relevant suppliers for the purpose of fulfilling your travel arrangements.

 

8. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you experience any issues during your trip, please contact the supplier directly. Sapphire Fox will support you in resolving complaints where possible. All disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

 

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the revised date.
